Larikus Scott is a Managing Director at Gemean with over 15 years of experience in the areas of Cyber Security, Digital Forensics and Information Governance.
At Gemean, Mr. Scott has helped fortune 500 clients navigate government regulations ranging from the US Food Drug Administration (FDA) to the Federal Trade Commision (FTC) impacting the collection of personal data and protecting consumer information by raising the awareness of data security issues.
Previously, while at Verizon Business, Mr. Scott implemented Early Case Assessment methodologies and crafting proactive data discovery response plans resulting in continuous cost savings of $10M over the litigation lifecycle. Mr. Scott has also served as the technical lead on litigation support requests involving data processing/analysis and document review on high profile cases for AMLAW 100 law firms.
Mr. Scott served as the lead technical analyst for Lockheed Martin investigation team while interacting with the US Department of Justice’s Civil Frauds, Antitrust, and Criminal Divisions. Mr. Scott was involved with several of the largest US cases involving fraud and regulatory issues within the pharmaceutical industry.
Mr. Scott also worked at FTI consulting and Navigant consulting as an eDiscovery consultant working on several large Multi-District litigation matters. In this role he assisted legal teams in managing the review and production of data to outside counsel and the DOJ.
